As part of a strategic outreach initiative, Er. Subodh Timilsina, Chairperson of the Society of Nepalese Engineers in the UK (SONEUK), visited Yorkshire on November 7–8, 2025. The tour began on Friday, November 7, with a focused meeting in York. Er. Timilsina engaged with local Nepali engineers and community members to better understand the regional challenges and professional aspirations of the diaspora, ensuring SONEUK’s support remains relevant across all parts of the UK.
Hull: Bridging the Gap at the University of Hull
On Saturday, November 8, a formal Meet and Greet Networking Event was held at the University of Hull. Coordinated by Er. Hari Krishna Neupane, the session drew a diverse crowd of engineering students and established professionals.
